This is the Case 1570 "Spirit of '76" in 1/16 scale. The tractor was issued by the Toy Tractor Times magazine in 2005 as their 22nd anniversary tractor, and the third tractor in their "Big 70's Power" series. The tractor features sturdy, die-cast construction, rubber tires, and diecast rear rims. Details unique to this model include clear cab glass, precision diecast rear rims with 20.8 X 38 rear tires, diamond-tread front tires, authentic Spirit of 76 paint scheme, realistic drawbar and three-point hitch, and cast-in inscription denoting model as the Toy Tractor Times 22nd anniversary tractor.

This particular model was one of only 28 chrome units produced for Toy Tractor Times authors and supporters. It has all the detailed features of the production tractor, but the diecast body is finished in chrome instead of white paint. Personally, I think this is the best looking of the chrome tractors and my favorite by far. What says America better than red, white, blue and chrome?

The model has never been displayed, and was only removed from the packaging for these pictures. It was carefully repackaged after the photos were taken. The box is in mint condition. Item will be shipped in it’s original shipping carton, which in turn will be put inside an oversized box with packing material around it.
